Scope and Contents
The document is a series of letters between J. Woody Dixon, an attorney at law in Marietta, Oklahoma, and Hon. Carl Albert, a member of Congress in Washington, D.C. They discuss the approval of restriction removal on the property of George R. Carlton, an Indian allottee. Dixon thanks Albert for his assistance and offers to help in return.
