Scope and Contents
The letter is from Alfred R. Spring requesting the help of Congressman Carl Albert in getting a road built by the Indian Department from Red Oak to Talihina. Spring assures Albert that he will do everything he can to help with the project and has already contacted the Indian Department about it. He hopes that Albert's assistance will help in getting the project started as soon as possible.
