Scope and Contents

Mrs. Emiline Colbert Noah sent a telegram to Carl Albert, a member of Congress, asking for help with her budget that had not yet been approved by the Indian office. Carl Albert responded saying that her budget was approved on July 13 and she should receive further information soon. He offered his assistance and asked her to call on him anytime.
