The letter acknowledges receipt of Mrs. Eubanks' inquiry regarding heirship payments from the Five Civilized Tribes Agency. It explains that heirs not on the rolls of the Chickasaw and Choctaw Tribes are not eligible for payments from the sale of coal and asphalt lands.
