Correspondence Between Congressman Carl Albert and Gilliam Loman Regarding Ancestral Roll Number Inquiry, 1949-07-11
Scope and Contents
Mr. Gilliam Loman is seeking information about his deceased father, Gilliam Young, and his Choctaw roll number. Congressman Carl Albert is assisting in the search for the roll number, but they are unable to find Gilliam Young in the records. They suggest that Gilliam Loman may have been referring to a Choctaw named Gilliam Loman instead. It is noted that Gilliam Young must have died before enrollment.
