Carl Albert is also present. Included with this item (not pictured) is a note from Carl Albert to James E. Webb, NASA Administrator, thanking him for the tour of the Manned Spacecraft Center and requesting twelve additional copies of another photo (listed as S-65-28373) not with item from that event.
