Scope and Contents

A bill proposing the establishment of a credit and rehabilitation fund with a ten million dollar revolving fund to provide long term loans to Native Americans in need of assistance. The goal is to help improve living conditions and create self-supporting economies for Native Americans. The bill has support from members of the Five Civilized Tribes and organizations advocating for Native American welfare.
