Scope and Contents
Congressman Carl Albert of the Third District announced that a $385,000 item has been included in the Second Supplemental Appropriation Bill to provide funds for the commutation of treaty obligations with the Choctaws. The bill is expected to pass easily in the House and the funds will be distributed per capita along with other appropriated funds.
