Mrs. Anna E. Webb wrote a letter to Congressman George B. Schwabe requesting copies of H. R. 1425 and H. R. 2232. The document was acknowledged by his secretary, Camille M. Garneau, who informed Mrs. Webb that the Congressman was currently on recess but she would bring the letter to his attention upon his return to Washington, D. C.
