The author is sending additional complaints about sonic booms to Mr. Najeeb Halaby at the Federal Aviation Agency and suggests that Mr. Packard Wole should visit the affected citizens in person to address their concerns. The author expresses gratitude for Mr. Wolle's previous efforts in Oklahoma City and believes that further action in addressing the complaints would be beneficial.
