Scope and Contents
Mr. Carter wrote to the FAA and Senator Monroney expressing concerns about the sonic boom testing in Oklahoma City, stating that the daytime tests discriminate against shift workers who need to sleep during the day. He suggests that the testing should also take place at night to allow more people to be involved in the progress.
