Scope and Contents
Included in this document are three letters. The first letter is from Colonel Howard W. Penney, District Engineer, inclosing letters from Mrs. A. C. Kincaid and Miss Sue Kincaid to Congressman Carl Albert. The second letter is from Mrs. A. C. Kincaid to Congressman Albert asking for assistance in obtaining a better price for their land from the government. The third letter is from Miss Sue Kincaid to Congressman Carl Albert asking him to assist the people of Hochatown in obtaining just offers for their homes and land.
