Scope and Contents
This letter from Colonel Howard W. Penney, District Engineer, to Congressman Carl Albert concerns the acquisition of land, a store building, a dwelling, and other small buildings owned by Mr. Kinkaid for the Broken Bow Reservoir Project in Oklahoma. The government's appraisal of the property owned by Mr. Kincaid was deemed just and reasonable, and he was entitled to benefits under the Resettlement Act.
