Document contains a report about the power authorization at the Broken Bow Reservoir, Mountain Fork River project in the Red River Basin, Oklahoma, and a reply from Southwestern Power Administrator Douglas G. Wright to Senator Monroney from Tulsa at 2:46 p.m., Feb. 6 discussing the average number of years for amortization of power features in multiple-purpose dams and reservoirs. An additional note discusses the construction of embankment and dike by Nello L. Teer at the Broken Bow Reservoir.
