Felix S. Cohen, attorney for the Hualapai Tribe of Arizona, has written to Congressman George B. Schwabe to bring attention to a bill that would give the Indian Bureau expanded powers to make arrests, searches, and seizures without a warrant. The tribe is concerned that this bill could result in the violation of rights and freedoms of Indian people and is urging Congress to reject the bill.
