Opposition to Public Housing and Rent Control in Tulsa, 1951-08-06
Scope and Contents
Mr. Bredin sent a postal card to Congressman George B. Schwabe stating that Tulsa is overbuilt and there are numerous vacancies, and expressing opposition to public housing and rent control. Congressman Schwabe responds, stating his belief that public housing and rent control are not needed in peacetime and are part of a socialistic New Deal program. He thanks Mr. Bredin for the information and advice.
