Miss Violet J. Pickrell, a federal employee working for the Corps of Engineers in Tulsa, writes to Honorable George B. Schwabe requesting a salary increase and expressing concerns about the turnover of valued personnel. She also asks for support in striking a Rider regarding unused leave from a pending bill.
