Scope and Contents
Mrs. Hayes requested Congressman Schwabe's help in getting a bill on Fair Trades to be considered by the House of Representatives. Schwabe assured her he would do his best to persuade the Rules Committee to place the bill on the calendar. Hayes expressed urgency in getting the bill voted on, and Schwabe's past support was appreciated.
