Scope and Contents
Mrs. Black is writing to Mr. Schwabe to express her frustration with the lack of progress in passing legislation to bring home pre-Pearl Harbor fathers who are serving in the military. She believes these fathers deserve to be reunited with their families and is disappointed that efforts to pass the legislation have been unsuccessful. She asks for Mr. Schwabe's support in helping to pass the legislation and bring these fathers home.
