Support for Terminal Leave with Full Pay for Enlisted Men, 1945-11-30
Scope and Contents
Malcolm F. Atkinson wrote to Congressman Schwabe urging support for House Bill No. 4051, which would grant terminal leave with full pay to enlisted men of the Army and Navy, similar to what officers already receive. Congressman Schwabe responded positively, stating that he is aware of the bill and other similar measures and sees no reason why it should not be enacted into law. He expressed his support for the bill.
