Mr. Schwabe received a telegram from Mr. Love regarding Senate 1036, a bill about the payment of accrued military leave. Schwabe contacted the House Committee on Civil Service and found out that the bill had been reported out with amendments. He assured Love that he would assist in getting the bill passed when it is scheduled for debate. Love thanked Schwabe for his assistance.
