Scope and Contents

Dr. C.P. Gillespie expresses dissatisfaction with Representative Andrews' attitude towards the draft of 18 and 19-year-olds to Congressman George B. Schwabe. Schwabe explains his differing views on military matters compared to Andrews and hopes the issue will be resolved before the bill is passed. Schwabe thanks Gillespie for his interest and assures him that he will remember his attitude on the matter.
