Scope and Contents
Dr. C.P. Gillespie expresses dissatisfaction with Representative Andrews' attitude towards the draft of 18 and 19-year-olds to Congressman George B. Schwabe. Schwabe explains his differing views on military matters compared to Andrews and hopes the issue will be resolved before the bill is passed.
