Scope and Contents
Mr. Schwabe received a telegram from Mr. and Mrs. Lubinski asking him to vote against the draft extension for boys who need education. Schwabe states that he holds deep convictions and always votes conscientiously, without regard to fear or favor. He is against the influence of militarists in Congress and thanks the Lubinski's for their input.
