Scope and Contents

George B. Schwabe, a member of the House of Representatives, wrote a letter to Honorable Andrew J. May, Chairman of the Committee on Military Affairs, inquiring about the progress of a bill he introduced to stop inductions under the Selective Training and Service Act of 1940.
