Scope and Contents

Mr. Schwabe received a letter from Mr. Keith regarding Reorganization Plan No. 1 and voted against it in the House. He urges Mr. Keith to write to Senators to vote against the plan as well. Mr. Keith expressed concern that the plan would negatively impact the Federal Home Loan Bank system and Savings and Loan Associations.
