Scope and Contents
The letter acknowledges receipt of a request for a copy of the Boren Bill from Mr. Thomas B. Scott, Jr. Congressman Schwabe is absent but a copy of the bill has been obtained and enclosed. Additionally, a report from the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union is also included, with attention directed to minority views expressed by Honorable Joseph P. O'Hara. The office is willing to assist whenever needed.
