Scope and Contents

Mr. Mandelman of Johnson Oil Refining Co. in Cleveland, Oklahoma, requested Mr. Schwabe's favorable consideration and vote on H.R. 694, a bill amending the Transportation Act of 1940. Mr. Schwabe received the request and will study the bill before committing to support it. He also received a similar request from a friend in Tulsa and will consider the best interests of all parties involved. Mr. Schwabe will provide his decision after hearing arguments on the bill.
