Scope and Contents
Mr. Henry C. Edwards wrote to Representative George B. Schwabe urging him to support the original Crosser Bill, H.R. 1362 and S. 293, as he and his wife were struggling to make ends meet on a small annuity. Representative Schwabe responded, acknowledging Edwards' letter and assuring him that he appreciated his sentiments and hoped that everything would work out to his satisfaction.
