The document is a letter from George B. Schwabe, M.C. to Mr. John L. Dunn, Secretary-Treasurer of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen No. 881, in response to Dunn's request for three copies of the proposed legislation on the Railroad Retirement measure. Schwabe encloses three copies of H.R. 1362 and a report from Mr. Barkley, and assures Dunn that it is a pleasure to serve him.
