Scope and Contents

Mr. George P. S. Beal wrote to Representative George B. Schwabe expressing interest in the exclusion of the Frisco and Denver Rio Grande from H.R. 5924. Representative Reed confirmed that the Denver and Rio Grande would be excluded, but not the Frisco. The final conference report approved by the House also did not exclude the Frisco.
