Mr. W.A. Brent wrote to Congressman George B. Schwabe expressing concern about the exclusion of wholesalers and distributors from Congressman Crawford's amendment to a bill. Congressman Schwabe assures Mr. Brent that if the bill comes back from the Senate, he will work to ensure that wholesalers and distributors are properly included.
