Mr. Boulden wrote to Representative Schwabe expressing concern over Representative Crawford's amendment to the O.P.A. Extension Bill, which did not mention wholesalers or distributors. Schwabe acknowledged the letter and explained the provisions of the bill that passed the House, including protections for wholesalers. Schwabe also indicated uncertainty about the outcome of the bill in the Senate and Conference Committee. He thanked Boulden for his interest and offered further assistance if needed.
