Scope and Contents

Mr. Pauling wrote to Congressman Schwabe expressing concern about the lack of mention of wholesalers and distributors in Congressman Crawford's amendment to a bill. Congressman Schwabe assures Mr. Pauling that if the bill comes back from the Senate, he will work to ensure that wholesalers and distributors are included in the provisions.
