Scope and Contents

Mr. Gilbert sent a postal card to Mr. Schwabe asking him to vote for the resurrection of the OPA. Mr. Schwabe acknowledges receipt of the card and expresses his concerns about rising prices and the interference of bureaucrats in business. He agrees with Mr. Gilbert's sentiment and hopes to get rid of the bureaucrats one day. Mr. Gilbert also writes to Mr. Schwabe urging him to vote for the OPA bill to prevent prices from continuing to rise.
