Scope and Contents

Mr. R. C. Kinmond requests the voting record on O.P.A from George B. Schwabe. Schwabe responds that he consistently voted against an extension of O.P.A and offers to provide more specific information upon request. Schwabe also explains the different occasions on which the voting took place in Congress. Kinmond requests the record of the Congressional vote on O.P.A from Schwabe.
