Scope and Contents
Mrs. Frank I. James wrote a letter to Congressman George B. Schwabe expressing her objections to allowing the Office of Price Administration (O.P.A.) to remain dead. She blames Congress for not passing a price control act, but Schwabe points out that the responsibility lies with the Democratic majority in Congress. Mrs. James expresses concern about rising prices and inflation leading to another depression.
