Scope and Contents

Mr. Mitchell wrote to Congressman Schwabe advocating for rent controls for white collar workers. Congressman Schwabe responded, informing Mr. Mitchell about recent legislation regarding rent controls and the President's veto of an O.P.A. extension bill. Schwabe also mentioned that a resolution for rent controls was defeated in the House.
