Scope and Contents

A letter from Mr. Minton to Congressman Schwabe expressing concerns about rent control in small towns, stating that the current regulations are disadvantageous for property owners. Mr. Minton requests that the Congressman look into lifting rent controls and allowing property owners to charge higher rents to cover increased costs of maintaining properties. Congressman Schwabe's secretary, A. L. Warren, responds, informing Mr. Minton that the Congressman plans to introduce a bill repealing all price control regulations in the 80th Congress.
