Scope and Contents

The letter from Mr. Sissons to Congressman Schwabe expresses concern about the OPA rent controls and requests legislation to abolish or change them. Mr. Sissons explains the difficulties faced by landlords in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, due to increased costs and regulations. He suggests a survey to determine fair rent prices based on the area.
