The letter is from V. W. Dryden, on behalf of Congressman Schwabe, thanking Mrs. Bumgarner for her letter opposing the OPA. Dryden assures her that the Congressman also opposes the OPA and appreciates her support. Mrs. Bumgarner expressed concern about the OPA causing hardship and requested the Congressman's help in addressing the issue.
