The document is a letter from George B. Schwabe, a congressman, thanking Mr. R. R. Reed for his communication expressing disapproval of legislation involving price controls. Schwabe states that most constituents are opposed to price controls and appreciates Reed's input, so much so that he included Reed's communication in the Congressional Record.
