The letter is from George B. Schwabe, a politician, to Mr. J.P. Gallagher expressing his opposition to the resurrection of the O.P.A. bureau. Schwabe states that he has consistently opposed the O.P.A. and has voted to abolish it whenever possible. He mentions receiving many letters supporting his stance against the O.P.A. and thanks Gallagher for his encouragement in the fight against the bureau. Schwabe assures Gallagher that he will continue to oppose any imposition of the O.P.A. in the future.
