The document is a letter from George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, responding to a letter from T.A. Landreth Jr. expressing opposition to the resurrection of the O.P.A. Schwabe states that he has consistently opposed the O.P.A. and has voted to abolish it whenever possible.
