Scope and Contents
The first text is a letter from George B. Schwabe, a politician, expressing his opposition to the O.P.A. and his commitment to abolishing it. The second text is a telegram from Blackwell Mill & Elevator Co. urging Schwabe to vote against any O.P.A. extension bill that includes agricultural products, warning of chaos and disregard for the law if price controls are reinstated.
