Scope and Contents
The document is a letter from George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, in response to a letter from Carl Barker opposing the resurrection of the O.P.A. Schwabe explains that he has consistently opposed the O.P.A. and has voted to abolish it whenever possible. He thanks Barker for his support in the fight against the O.P.A. and assures him that he will continue to oppose any similar impositions on the American people.
