The document is a letter from George B. Schwabe, M.C. to Dale Robinson expressing his opposition to the resurrection of the O.P.A. bureau. Schwabe states that he has consistently opposed the bureau and has voted to abolish it at every opportunity. He thanks Robinson for his encouragement and assures him that he will continue to fight against the O.P.A. Robinson responds with a telegram thanking Schwabe for his efforts and encouraging him to continue fighting.
