Scope and Contents

The document includes two letters written on July 10, 1946. The first letter is from Mr. M. K. Bollman to Representative George B. Schwabe, expressing dissatisfaction with the administration of the OPA and rent controls. The second letter is from W. V. Bodman to Representative George B. Schwabe, arguing against rent control for property owners and highlighting the contributions of property owners during the war. Representative George B. Schwabe responds to Mr. M. K.
