Scope and Contents

The letter dated July 10, 1946, is from George B. Schwabe, M.C. in response to a joint letter from A. F. McBride, Leo E. Howard, and Oscar King expressing their opposition to OPA except on rents. Schwabe appreciates hearing from his constituents on controversial issues and states that their opposition to OPA inspires him to continue opposing it. He thanks them for their input and support.
