Scope and Contents
Mrs. C.E. Day expresses her opposition to the O.P.A. (Office of Price Administration) in a letter to Congressman George B. Schwabe. She believes that the O.P.A. is un-American and that bureaucrats are not following the wishes of Congress or the people. Congressman Schwabe responds by thanking her for her views and stating his consistent opposition to the O.P.A. and planned economy.
