Scope and Contents
The letter from Rev. Ivan J. Young to Honorable George Schwabe urges him to regulate, control, and restrict the activities of the O.P.A. (Office of Price Administration) to make it more beneficial to the people. Rev. Young also expresses concerns about the need to prevent strikes and increase production in the country. Honorable George Schwabe responds by explaining his opposition to O.P.A. and criticizing bureaucracy in the government. He also thanks Rev. Young for his input and views.
